“I Wanted to Kiss You” by Dawn Pisturino

I wanted to kiss you
With an ardor
I hadn’t felt in years.
Holding your face in my hands,
I pressed my lips against your mouth
With hungry urgency.
You pulled me tighter
And received me
Like a long-cherished gift
Finally opened.
The rawness hurt.
The passion burned.
Consumed in a bonfire of desire
Out of control,
I possessed you fully
Freely
Without guilt or shame
And let you go.

Sounds wonderful Dawn – to love with abandon and enjoy the passion of the moment without any regrets. Sensuous and filled with heart-warming passion. Great piece Dawn. Big hugs and hope you have an amazing weekend. Love Joni
