I teach them about the magic eraser of fresh starts far more valuable than double-digit multiplication or how to identify an adverb. I teach them to listen for their own questions ones that lift and spring forth aliveness. The ones that come from within. I teach them in the hot and cold times heartbreak tsunami, within or without walls. They are my living hope, my wonder. I teach them and I receive the beauty of their being. This is just beautiful and I love the way it is about teaching children to look inside themselves to find answer and to ask questions, just a lovely piece. I can’t help but wonder if that artwork is an actual quilt you made it is so beautiful. Congratulations on your publication and your gorgeous piece. Sending hugs and gratitude to you for teaching, such an honorable profession, teaching little ones and helping to encourage originality, lovely. Big hugs, Joni
