don’t just swallow what you see
open your eyes
raise your voice
tell your story.
We’re killing every creature on the earth
for fantasies of everlasting growth
we’re dying all the while
we turn a blind eye:
Will you testify?
Testify
each time you see injustice done
what’s wrong for her
is wrong for everyone:
we stand to fall
who fail to testify.
Testify
when corruption and greed
bind justice and blind good:
abandon those in need
at your peril
someday you too may need someone
who’ll testify.

So true, we can’t express this to often or overdo it ever! Powerful and important to tell our own injustice stories and to read about others as well. We are slowly killing our planet daily. I watch the men who come to spread the chemicals on neighbors lawns to make them more green, water washes down into the earth or into our yard.
