the sweetest nectar

with the wind at my back
I relax
and
sit inside all the glory before me
the blooming flowers
and the resplendent arches on the trees
as they hang with the most delicious fruit seen
they drip with the sweetest nectar
a life in transience and shelter
from the pain
deep inside the veins trees
for it is me
I see
living inside the contexts beneath
the washed out scene
delivering to us all
the gift of humanity

Jeff this is so very beautifully written. If we could see from the perspective of the wise tree. How we hurt and kill one another, such a sad tale and yet forever hope. Gorgeous! ❤️

Beautiful. I felt it speak to me in the most clear adage, that success comes after struggles as so are flowers borne out of rain and sunshine. And when success comes, it’s beauty to the soul and smiles to the face.

Just amazing how you looked at the beauty of glory through the eyes of this beautiful painting of the tree.
The ways of the veins and the pains it has to endure to bring forth such glory and so we can bask in its beauty in the same way we bask in the beauty of your work, a labour of love.
Congratulations Jeff♥♥
You done it
And your veins will burn
And you will do it again

How lovely. Indeed a gift, Jeff to be able to pronounce the glory of the flowers and the birds. What came to mind as I read this post is the triumph of overcoming pain to rise to beauty.
